I ordered a 3-piece suit: the waistcoat and jacket were very good, but the pants were really narrow from the shins. Hockerty went the extra mile to fix them: really good and rapid communication, new measuremants (also for shins and rise) and the new pants are very good. I did had to pay the postal cost, but it was inside UK so not a significant sum.

Buying online suits is a great business. I see many brands being successful. Indochino is making tons of suits. Of course, I have heard a lot of mixed reviews. They cover alteration charges or offer to re-make suit if needed. You need 4-6 weeks, however. Wouldn't recommend Hockerty, as it's been more of a miss than hit.

I've heard about Hockerty. They're not very high quality and they sometimes make mistakes with sizings.
